Amazing food and service. Wagyu ramen was delicious. Yakiniku special was very nice, the sushi was even flame-grilled at the table! Awesome experience overall. Everything is halal here. So glad we came across this place to try out halal Japanese wagyu. There's a prayer room and restroom too. Thank you!

At Shinjukutei Halal Ramen in Sapporo, we discovered a refreshing alternative to the usual pork-based ramen. The shop offers both a light chicken broth ramen and a rich beef bone broth ramen, and both are absolutely delicious. The chicken broth is smooth, comforting, and well-balanced, while the beef soup carries a satisfying depth of flavor with a little spicy kick that warms you right up. The staff here are a real highlight—super fluent in English, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which makes the experience stress-free even for non-Japanese speakers. The restaurant itself is bright, well-lit, and decorated with Japanese-inspired designs, giving off a traditional yet welcoming vibe. What makes Shinjukutei extra special is its Halal certification, maybe Muslim may find it helpful. Even though we were mainly just looking for a place without pork broth (after having too many pork-based ramen elsewhere), it turned out to be a wonderful new ramen experience in Sapporo—perfect for anyone wanting to try something different, flavorful, and inclusive.

Cozy simple restaurant in Sapporo serving 100% halal food, specialising in halal wagyu ramen. I ordered the miso ramen with wagyu set and it was delicious! The ramen had a bouncy texture, wagyu was very tender and miso based soup was super flavourful. Service was top notch, fast and very friendly. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Sapporo!

A game changer. Very convenience for our Muslim brothers and sisters who come to Sapporo to opt for halal and delicious wagyu ramen. A cozy and clean eating place, with toilet and prayer room available to use. Please come and experience yourself!

The ramen has a nice flavor. It’s a bit on the sweet side, which is great if you enjoy sweeter ramen. But if you prefer something spicier, you can add some habanero chili for a kick!
