My husband and I had one of the top meals of our trip here. The atmosphere was stunning, excellent service, all while looking out over the snow sculptures and the beautiful lights for the upcoming snow festival. When it snowed it felt like we were in our own snow globe. Each of the tables has a window view - so you really can’t go wrong, although we requested the centre table and they kindly reserved it for. The food was so so delicious and so special - excellent presentation and great flavours that showcased local ingredients. You have to pick which set menu you want in advance - we went for the middle option with the snow crab and Wagyu dishes (they cook the beef right in front of you!) - which were both cooked to perfection. We also opted for the wine pairing - great wine selection from Europe and also some local Japanese wines for the adventurous (I enjoyed them! My husband not wasn’t as keen). The service was impeccable, we truly felt special. When we come back to Sapporo will definitely be dining again! Although the plates look small - they are quite filling and there were so many that both my husband and I (we both eat a lot) were very full afterwards! This is a nice restaurant that feels like its fine dining but the prices are quite fair. The tables face Odori park so you can have a nice view of the park while having your meal. This place is located at the third level of Sapporo tower and you enter near the ticket counter.

The place was on reservation for some event so the staffs were busy and we couldn't really see the restaurant atmosphere aside from the counter in front of the register. However we enjoyed a delightful hokkaido milk soft-serve ice cream, ice cream with yubari melon, and a warm potato snack. 😋 Even when they're busy, the place also let us stay while eating, so we can rest our feet for a bit.
