This little hidden gem is a treasure! The pizzas are very good. Made fresh in a bistro setting, the wood fired oven is probably 500°C and it took only 1 min to cook a pizza! The seafood pasta and salad were delicious as well. The staff were very friendly and our hostess coyote speak English. We appreciated that! Just had the loveliest meal here!! My husband and I eat A LOT of pizza and are visiting Sapporo but just had some of the best pizzas here tonight. The pizza crust was divine. Everything we had was tasty and of the best quality. The chef we were watching was so talented. The servers were amazing and we absolutely cannot say anything bad about our experience. Thank you for a wonderful meal!! This little hidden gem is a treasure! The pizzas are very good. Made fresh in a bistro setting, the wood fired oven is probably 500°C and it took only 1 min to cook a pizza! Just had the loveliest meal here!! My husband and I eat A LOT of pizza and are visiting Sapporo but just had some of the best pizzas here tonight. The pizza crust was divine. Ordered Take-Out pizza. The waiter at the door that took my order were very professional. I got my pizza order after about 15 mins. I had the tomato based pizza. The pizza was good but the source make it too soft.
