An Unforgettable Dining Experience in Sapporo! One of the best dining experiences we had in Hokkaido! I never knew beef tongue could be this delicious until I tried their dishes. Every bite was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The seasoning and preparation enhanced the natural richness of the meat without being overwhelming, and you could truly taste its freshness. Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. Had a wonderful ox tongue ramen & beef & eel rice here with my family . As usual the generous amount of salt will make you thirsty. 好咸啊!!! One more thing the world has opened up influx of tourists is unavoidable. Japan being once the most high tech nation Should learn to use phone applications to solve language & ordering issues & problems . Staffs should learn mandarin and English too ! Continuous learning & skills future!
