Our group had the Menu Terroir and every single dish from the tasting menu blew us away, especially the crab flan and the squid ink albalone. The portions were very generous for a fine dining restaurant. When we told staff it was our first time in Hokkaido, they suggested locally produced wine pairings and other must-try local restaurants and desserts. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely at home. Moliere does magic with its delicate and refined take on French cuisine using Hokkaido's finest ingredients.

If you're in Sapporo, you have to visit Moliere. This was the best dining experience we had in Hokkaido-the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Definitely recommend coming to Moliere if in Sapporo city. The food was spectacular, just as good as my first visit 2 years ago. The beef is out of this world. Looking forward to return again soon. Regret I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to dress up appropriately for the occasion to enjoy the experience, next time definitely will be more aware. These days everyone so casual that visiting such beautiful places should be more respected. Yes I will be more aware next time. :) Thank you Hiro for looking after us so well. Truly enjoyed the evening.

I had reserved the table earlier than one month(through the phone call). The restaurant is located nearby Hokkaido Shrine. I love their warm welcome and cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind. I had the Hokkaido course menu for dinner. My favorite dish was venison, it was so juicy, tender, and aromatic. All the seafood dishes were also tasty. They were good at pastry too, their tart, butter, and bread were flavorful. After I finished my meal, The staff offered their help to book me a taxi. It was a wonderful dinner experience in Hokkaido.
