Top 1 experience at Kyoto. I was not in good mood before dinner but the food and vibe here definitely made my day. I ordered homemade blue lemonade which is the color of summer. Then the first dish served was soybean appetizer, it was cute. The smoked pork in salad and tempura chicken were amazing lol. Even though I don’t like the two types of meat, the taste is so rich and juicy’ Main course was smoked beef sushi. Love them! Shaved ice tasted like snow~ And the hot tea draws a very good ending to the dinner. Recommended by friends from Bosnia, this place absolutely blew us away. We had a full course meal, and honestly, it’s hard to say which dish stood out the most — every single one was next-level. Came across this place during lunch time, there was luckily no wait. Staff were super friendly and nice. We did a set course. Everything was great even down to the presentation! Definitely a must visit spot if you’re in Kyoto!

A hidden gem! The chef is incredibly kind; the food was amazing- AMAZING! And the service is top notch; we spent 3 weeks across Japan and this was one of our favorite meals. We recommended it to several people before even leaving the country! Great food, great prices, great service! 10/10!

I can't understand who would give anything lower than 5 starts to this place. Food is incredible! Staff is super nice! Presentation is phenomenal! We ate at so many places in Japan and this is #1.
