We decided to come here to celebrate an anniversary. The food was delicious and our waitress Claire was brilliant! The atmosphere was really good and the restaurant is in the perfect location as it is right next to all the bars at Elizabeth Quay. The bill was very pricey for 2 of us, as we had a 3 course meal and a few drinks, but we thought it was worth it as our experience was really good and that’s mainly why we attended. 100% recommend 6 Head, but make sure you have $500 spare to enjoy the full experience. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

From the moment you walk in, the restaurant promises and delivers a truly memorable experience that feels luxurious without being stuffy. The ambiance contributes significantly to the evening. The addition of live music created a beautiful backdrop that was sophisticated yet comfortable. The service was equally exceptional; our servers were incredibly pleasant and attentive, ensuring every need was met efficiently and with genuine warmth. I was particularly impressed by their thoughtful attention to families, including providing gift bags for the children—a class-act touch you rarely see at this level of dining. But of course, the heart of 6Head is the meat. They serve truly high-end steaks that are expertly prepared. I indulged in the Wagyu steak, and it was spectacular. The quality was evident in every bite, but what really stood out was the mouthfeel—rich, intensely marbled, and meltingly tender. It was a flawless piece of beef that justified the restaurant's reputation. Overall, 6Head Perth delivers a perfect dining trifecta: world-class food, impeccable service, and a great atmosphere. The experience was magnificent from start to finish. And the best part? My generous nephew was kind enough to take care of the entire bill!

We came here for our anniversary dinner, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The service was impeccable, the food absolutely outstanding, and the atmosphere was just beautiful – such a lovely place to celebrate a special occasion. Everyone who served us that night was wonderful, and a special shout-out to Esteban, our main waiter, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the evening. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

A great addition to Perth’s fine dining scene. Located at Elizabeth Quay, Perth. Took my family of 4 for my husband’s birthday. Staff was friendly & polite. Atmosphere was great & warm. What we ordered : Artisan Bread Heritage grain wheat, smoked Wagyu fat butter, lava salt $17 Calamari Buttermilk & confit garlic marinated, southern-style coated and fried, served with yuzu lime aioli $22 Tomahawk - 1.5kg Black Angus beef (South Australia) grass fed, hormone free, naturally marbled Angus beef $240 'Platinum' Eye of Rump - 300g, Grain Fed, 450 Days $72 Chips $10 Mac & Cheese Black garlic & truffle bechamel, truffle oil $22 Baby Gem Salad Whey rinse, burnt honey & mustard buttermilk, ricotta salata, toasted seeds, pickled onions $16 My husband also ordered 2 glasses of red wines & my adult son ordered a cocktail drink. Everything was delightful & served beautifully. The only disappointment was one of the side dishes. We all love mac & cheese, but found their dish version tasted bland & far from what we expected. We didn’t taste cheese! The restaurant also kindly organised a little plate of macaron to wish hubby a Happy Birthday which was a nice touch & much appreciated 🙏 Another disappointing feature was when it came to the bill. As I was presented with the bill which was almost $600, I had to choose on the EFTPOS machine whether or not to tip. I find a few restaurants in Perth introducing this which I think is of poor taste. In Australia we do pay our staff good & reasonable rates, we pay them through the prices we pay the venue. When we are expected to pay this type of amount, I don’t appreciate having to be made embarrassed as I choose not to tip. This is not the USA. Other than that, I would consider going again for other special occasions.

Table booked for 2..we got there 20 minutes earlier ready to wait but they said table was ready...great! Unfortunately we got seated in 4 sits table even if there were available 2 sits table...okay..maybe they were booked...but not...they have been empty all stay.We order the cocktail, nice and refreshing but literally 2 sips, the glass was full of the big ice cube. Entree nice but not bread was offered or any welcoming starter of the house. Steak was tasty but nothing fancy on the presentation served with standard pub chips. Dessert was probably the best dish of the night. Overall nice food but way over priced and service and atmosphere not matching the price tag.
