Visited for my sisters birthday. Took advantage of the Spring brunch special. Great value, quality of food was amazing along with presentation too. Yhe venue has a beautiful decore and great atmosphere too. The staff and customer service was second to none. Thank you to the duty manager Radz for making our visit extra special and making us feel very welcome. Highly recommend venue. Can't wait to celebrate my 50th Birthday there next weekend!!!

I went to the Saturday bottomless brunch at The Duxton Hotel with two friends, and it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. For $60 per person, the value is truly outstanding. The Food: A Delicious & Varied Spread The offering is a clever "mini buffet" combined with a chosen main course, which gives you the best of both worlds. · The Buffet: The spread was impressive. We started with a selection of fresh, high-quality pastries and breads, along with a lovely salad selection. The star of the buffet was undoubtedly the carvery station—the roast beef was perfectly cooked, tender, and delicious. There was also a comforting soup and a dessert table that offered a sweet end to the meal. · The Main Course: Alongside the buffet, each person gets to select a main dish (choice of chicken, egg benedict or mushrooms fettuccine) from the menu. This is a fantastic touch, as it adds a made-to-order, restaurant-quality element to the brunch. It really elevates the entire experience. The Drinks: Bubbly & Bold Cocktails The "bottomless" part is handled at a dedicated drink station. The options included the classic brunch cocktails: sparkling Mimosa and a well-spiced Bloody Mary. There is a waiter there to assist if you are unsure how to make it. They were both delicious!! The Service & Atmosphere The service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring our plates were cleared and our water were never empty. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for a weekend catch-up with friends—elegant yet relaxed. Highly Recommended! This is easily one of the best bottomless brunch deals I've come across. You get a huge variety of excellent food, bottomless cocktails, and superb service for a very reasonable price. Perfect for: Girls' catch-ups, birthday celebrations, or anyone looking for a top-tier Saturday brunch. Tips: Remember, this brunch runs on Saturdays only, so be sure to plan ahead and book a table in advance as it's clearly a popular spot!

We recently dined at Firewater Grille for a birthday dinner with a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Overall, it was a bit of a hit and miss. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived, but service still felt quite slow. That said, a big shoutout to Jude, who looked after our table with genuine care. He was attentive, thoughtful, and even created a variety of mocktails tailored to our tastes — a definite highlight of the evening. Entrees came out nicely presented and were quite enjoyable. However, there was at least an hour’s wait before our mains arrived, which felt excessive considering how quiet it was. The mains themselves were decent but fell a little short — they were nicely cooked but lacked that punch of flavour and seasoning that would have elevated them beyond average. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of attentiveness from the broader waitstaff. Empty plates and finished drinks were left uncleared for too long, making the table look cluttered and messy. Eventually, we ended up stacking everything ourselves just to make room. There’s definitely potential here, especially with staff like Jude making an effort, but overall, the experience could be improved with better timing, more attentive service, and a bit more flavour in the food.

Had the oysters for entrees which were awesome, fresh and refreshing. The signature 1.5kg tomahawk steak was in my opinion average. It was a nice and well cooked but not worth the money by far. Usually the same quality goes for $150 in Melbourne but oh well. Cocktails were excellent, restaurant was half full on Sunday. The table service was average, overall a nice option for steaks in Perth.

Had a wonderful experience at Firewater Grille, Duxton Hotel Perth! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Jude, who went above and beyond to arrange a birthday cake at the last minute for my brother’s birthday. His warm hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail truly made our visit special. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lovely perfect for any special occasion or casual lunch. Thank you again to everyone at Firewater Grille for making our day so memorable. Highly recommend!
