Visited Raclette Factory in Zürich and absolutely loved it. The raclette was everything you’d hope for — creamy, flavorful, and freshly melted right in front of you. The classic pairing of potatoes, pickles, and bread made it both comforting and authentic. The restaurant had a cozy, rustic charm, filled with the aroma of cheese and good vibes. The staff were cheerful and made the experience fun and relaxed. If you’re visiting Switzerland, this is a must-try spot to enjoy true Swiss comfort food done right. What an amazing place for a late dinner in Zurich! Absolutely delicious raclette with a cozy and homey vibe and good service. Food came out very quickly when I was there and the prices are very good for Zurich. I could see it being busy during peak hours but I was able to get a table with no wait on a weekday. Tasty! The meal was lighter than I expected (in a positive way: I was expecting to be stuffed/bloated from all the cheese and was pleasantly surprised not to be). I got the garlic and chilli cheeses with bread cubes. Iced tea was lightly sweet and yummy as well.

What an amazing place for a late dinner in Zurich! Absolutely delicious raclette with a cozy and homey vibe and good service. Food came out very quickly when I was there and the prices are very good for Zurich. I could see it being busy during peak hours but I was able to get a table with no wait on a weekday.

Wanted to try racelette before leaving Zurich. This was a perfect option. Tucked into the winding streets of old town, the Racelette Factory is snuggled in the center, surrounded by beautiful Swiss architecture and some sightseeing points. There are numerous more restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. I highly recommend making a reservation as they hold their tables for reservations for an extended period of time. We were a walk in and sat at the bar because there were no other seats available. Service was great and all of the staff spoke English. I had the Deluxe Racelette with sausages and couldn’t have been more content. It was exactly what you want from Racelette. We paid 98 USD for two of us, but the price was highly comparable to other restaurants in Zurich. Great place to eat.

Excellent choice for our first meal in Switzerland. The server was so friendly and kind to explain the menu. The Peter and Parma were absolutely delicious. The restaurant smelled amazing. I think I would try the potatoes if we are back again during our short trip.
