Minoru Dining is a cozy café-restaurant located inside Stellar Place, right next to JR Sapporo Station. The bright and modern interior makes it a nice spot to rest after shopping. They serve light meals, desserts, and drinks, with the homemade pudding, parfet being a must-try, rich, creamy, and full of Hokkaido flavor. Service is quick and friendly, even during busy times. Prices are reasonable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. A great place for lunch or a sweet break in central Sapporo. Great place to savour and support local farmers and their produce. The sirloin was perfectly medium rare with well-balanced seasoning, so juicy and tender without me having to specify doneness. The grilled pork in honey ginger sauce is so tender and flavorful, goes so well with their buns. The 90mins free flow of local vegetables is a blessing too. The young staff are very attentive and understand our english without any miscommunication. Every table orders parfaits, look delicious but we are too stuffed to eat anymore. Love how they do their steak, pork and vege. Delicious, flavorful and great that they support local produce! Everyone was going for their tempting looking parfait but I was too full. Nevertheless I was satisfied with my Yotsuba Vanilla soft serve. Will be wonderful if they have haskap compote with it instead of blueberry. Sep 6th 2025. We took away wonderful memory of our experience here in Hokkaido.

Minoru Dining is a family restaurant located in Sapporo Stellar Place. They serve a variety of dishes such as Omurice, hamburger steak, and parfait. While their food is decent, the most attractive dish is their parfait. I tried the persimmon parfait and it was very delicious. Overall, it is a decent restaurant.
