Just had a truly incredible dining experience at The Grillhouse Sandton. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is simply amazing. ​The ambiance is perfect—it manages to be sophisticated yet welcoming. I especially appreciate the availability of private dining rooms, which is ideal for business meetings or special celebrations. ​Now, onto the star of the show: the food! I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was absolute perfection. It was perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, and honestly just made my day. This is seriously one of the best steaks I've had in Johannesburg. ​Beyond the food, the drinks menu is wonderfully varied, offering something for every taste and occasion. ​If you're looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience with impeccable service and a brilliant setting, The Grillhouse Sandton is the place to go! Highly recommended!

I ordered the T-bone, and it was huge. I asked for medium, but it came out closer to rare, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the flavor was really good. I also tried the chicken salad since it was one of their signature dishes, and I was amazed at how tender the chicken breast was—it tasted almost like thigh meat. Absolutely delicious, and I’ll definitely order it again next time. The restaurant also has a beautiful view, and the staff were very friendly, which made the experience even better.

The Grill House Sandton is one of those rare gems that never disappoints. The ambiance is both comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for anything from a casual meal to a special occasion. The staff are consistently attentive, kind, funny and genuinely friendly. They make you feel right at home every time. The food is always of excellent quality, with consistent standards that keep me coming back. My personal favourite is the fillet on the bone with mashed potatoes (perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and truly satisfying.) What makes this place extra special is how wonderfully they treat my family. Every visit feels personal, and I always leave with a smile. I feel completely confident bringing friends, colleagues or guests here, knowing the service and food will always be outstanding. The Grill House Sandton is, without a doubt, one of my favourite restaurants.

They are a 10/10 Restaurant. The have top class customer service from their managers to the waiters. Only thing I noticed was they only had male waiters, I don't know if it's different in the afternoons, because I went in the evening. Other wise the place was warm despite the very cold and windy weather outside. The potion are quite massive , if you someone who loves meat 🥩. Grillhouse is one of best place to go in Johannesburg. The Dessert was lovely, I was full when I left the restaurant. The restaurant is big enough if you want to host a birthday dinner with friends. They have nice settings . Definitely going back . 🥰 thank you

The atmosphere was truly refreshing, food was a good 4.5/10 The appetisers are quite limited, asked if they offer salmon as an appetiser but the reply was “we are a steakhouse dear” which was valid but perplexing cause they had calamari and oysters. Ordered a tbone, was quite tasteless and dry but everything else was good. Cleanliness on spot. Music was at a good volume. A great experience I guess Oh the vegetables from the salad were not fresh but it was edible , can’t complain that much
