We also tried the Arrabbiata, which was delicious, featuring just the right amount of heat—it was a tiny bit spicy and perfectly balanced. Paired with a couple of great drinks, the meal was absolutely spot-on. The Service: Spectacular Robert What truly elevated our experience was the service, especially our server, Robert. He was spectacular—attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Exceptional service like this makes a huge difference. In Short: Mother Wolf is a great choice for authentic, deeply comforting Italian cuisine in Las Vegas. On our last night's stay at the Fontainebleau we were looking for somewhere special to celebrate, and we picked Mother Wolf. This place did not disappoint one bit. The elegant ambiance matched the caliber of the food. From our table, we fascinatingly watched the action in the kitchen. As for our dinner, we started with the sfincione (focaccia bread), which we quickly polished off. For our main courses, we split the margarita pizza and the short rib pasta. The pizza was nice and thin and crispy, which we loved. The short rib ragu pasta simply melted in your mouth. And we finished off our already amazing dinner with the tiramisu for dessert, which is made in house and honestly was one of the best tiramisus I've had in a long time. Our waitress, Michelle, was a rockstar: from her helpful menu suggestions to always keeping watch on our table. She also brought out a second complimentary dessert to help us celebrate. The blueberry and bergamot ice cream with the adorable bow tie cookie on top made our celebration that more special. Needless to say, we're already planning our next Vegas trip and another unforgettable dinner at Mother Wolf.

I came here for a company private dinner, which had a family style menu. I loved everything however, the desserts were not my favorite. The signature focaccia was amazing as well as the Ruchetta salad, the Boscaiola pizza, arancini, polpette were all delicious! The fettuccini al burro was good but very rich. I preferred the rigatoncini allá vaccinara. The pollo arrostito is delicious, and the steak (tagliata di manzo) was good I’m not a big steak person so i didn’t find it phenomenal. The patate fritte (potatoes) was ok. Not amazing but still good. The flourless chocolate cake is ok.

The atmosphere is glamorous yet warm, with that perfect balance of old-world charm and modern Vegas sparkle. The pasta dishes are perfection - silky, rich, and clearly made with love and skill. The short rib pasta was melt-in-your-mouth tender, layered with deep flavor that only comes from hours of care. Every bite felt like a trip to Rome. The pizza had that wood-fired crispness and light chew that’s hard to find outside Italy. Even the appetizers and cocktails were thoughtfully crafted - everything felt intentional and elevated. Service was outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. You can tell the team takes pride in every detail. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want to indulge in the best Italian in Vegas, Mother Wolf is a must.It’s not just a meal - it’s an experience.

We had an incredible experience at Mother Wolf! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — warm, elegant, and inviting. The service was outstanding from start to finish; everyone was so friendly and attentive. We started with the Squash Blossoms as an appetizer, and they were absolutely delicious — light, crispy, and full of flavor. For our main courses, we had the Rigatoni Alla Carbonara and the Rigatoni All’Amatriciana. Both were perfectly al dente and bursting with authentic Italian flavor. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. Overall, Mother Wolf exceeded all expectations — a truly wonderful dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!
