Our dinner at Nobu at Caesars Palace was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The cocktails were perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious, setting the tone for an unforgettable meal. Our server, Tyler, was phenomenal — friendly, knowledgeable, and had impeccable timing. He knew exactly when to check in without ever rushing us, which made the whole evening feel smooth and relaxed. The Kumamoto oysters were the best we’ve ever had — fresh, perfectly chilled, and bursting with flavor. The spicy edamame hit just the right level of heat, followed by the seafood ceviche, which was bright, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. The lobster salad was a total showstopper — rich, fresh, and beautifully presented — and the rock shrimp with butter ponzu was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. After that, we enjoyed O-toro, snow crab, and yellowtail sashimi, all of which were exceptionally fresh and absolutely spectacular. Every course was perfectly timed, and we never once felt hurried. To finish, don’t miss the Miso Tart for dessert — OMG, it was unbelievable! The food, the drinks, and the service all came together for an unrushed, elegant, and truly memorable experience. Nobu absolutely lived up to its reputation — we’ll be back without question!

Partner and I came here to celebrate our marriage and it was a 10/10 experience. Everything was perfect! Our server was absolutely fantastic, explaining the menu in detail, down to the order in which to eat each thing we ordered. Food is absolutely out of this world. Yellowtail was exceptional and the rock shrimp was delectable. Already planning our next visit to Nobu when we’re back in London! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anybody who enjoys the finer things in life!

Nobu, located within Caesars Palace Las Vegas, is a true masterpiece of fine dining where every bite feels elegant, balanced, and full of flavor. From start to finish, the dishes were exceptional. The Toro Carpaccio with Seasonal Truffles was absolutely amazing, each bite delivered a burst of rich, earthy flavors that set the tone for the night. The Wagyu Taco simply melted in the mouth, showcasing the perfect blend of tenderness and taste. The Black Cod with Miso was deeply enriching, offering that signature Nobu umami flavor, while the Seabass Tempura with Amazu Ponzu impressed with its crisp texture and the perfect balance of citrusy acidity. The Squid “Pasta” with Light Garlic Sauce caught me off guard, the creativity of using squid as the pasta itself was genius, and it tasted phenomenal. To top it off, our Negronis were a masterpiece of a cocktail, smooth, balanced, and beautifully presented. A huge shoutout to Randy, our amazing server, who made excellent recommendations and provided outstanding service throughout the evening. Overall, this was a 5-star experience with friendly staff, exquisite dishes, relaxing ambiance and a menu that truly enriches the palate. Nobu is a dining experience not to be missed.

This was my first time here. I have heard great things about this place and when I found out our boss was taking us, I was excited. I had the Okamase 7 course chef tasting option. It was one of the best dining experiences Iv ever had. The food was delicious, and presentation was amazing. The wine was good! The staff was exceptional. I will definitely come back. Btw we had a nice cup of hot green tea and a cappuccino after our meal. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful food, rushed experience Where do I start? Our party of 12 arrived for a 5:45 p.m. reservation (we kept it at 12 instead of 13 since the larger booking was much more expensive). Right away, we were told we had two hours to eat because another party was scheduled after us. The setting was extremely dark—we had to use our phone flashlights just to read the menu. Drinks took forever to arrive; my first cocktail came about 20 minutes later, and when I ordered another (after giving the first to a friend), it took another 30 minutes. The menu is very à la carte, and since portions are small, we kept ordering more to share. About an hour in, the waiter reminded us about our time limit, even though only half the time had passed. It made the whole experience feel rushed. That said, the food was excellent. The yellowtail with jalapeño was flavorful and buttery smooth, the miso cod was amazing, and the scallops, beef, and salads were all delicious. Desserts, however, were a letdown. The coconut dessert was meh, the flourless chocolate cake with green tea ice cream (served in a bento box) was just okay, and the whiskey and vanilla slice desserts were average at best. The matcha tea tasted watered down — maybe I’m spoiled by my homemade Izumi matcha! One last note — we realized after paying that our soft shell crab never came. To their credit, they let the chefs know immediately and sent it out in a to-go box. In the end, we wrapped up right on time — within two hours — and spent nearly $3,300, yet I still left hungry.
