I made a reservation last weekend while in Vegas for a concert. The restaurant itself is gorgeous in the inside. The ambiance was excellent and just perfect for me. Elegant vibes with great music playing along with the world series playing on the TV. I couldn't ask for much more. The staff members were wonderful and the food and drinks were incredible. Yes its pricey but delicious. I was lucky enough to go during their happy hour so that helped offset some of the cost. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great dining experience

After checking into The Cosmopolitan and finding our room wasn’t quite ready, we decided to relax with some drinks and appetizers at STK. I had dined here previously for brunch and had a decent experience, so it felt like a safe choice to start our trip. Upon arrival, the hostess encouraged us to sit at the bar rather than at a table, which was fine since we mainly planned to enjoy a few drinks. The atmosphere was lively and stylish, typical of STK’s upbeat vibe. The drinks were acceptable but not particularly memorable. Throughout our stay, we found better cocktails elsewhere at The Cosmopolitan, including The Henry, Scarpetta, The Chandelier Bar, and even the small bar near the hotel lobby. As for the food, the oysters were excellent—fresh, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the visit. The wagyu sliders and cocktail shrimp were both just okay; not bad, but not standout dishes either. Overall, STK was a convenient and comfortable stop for a quick bite and a drink, but it didn’t quite impress compared to other options in the hotel.

Vanessa was a fantastic server. Super helpful, asked me about my allergies, and then worked to fix our order when the kitchen didn’t take the nuts off of the burrata & beet appetizer for us. The food wasn’t bad, we ordered for happy hour - highly recommend the chimi skewers. The drinks were great - we’d come back for those. Overall, I’d give the food 3.5 stars, Vanessa’s service 5 stars, and the drinks 4.5 stars.

Highly recommended!! I opted for the 10oz Ribeye Cut, with a couple shrimp, and a side of brussels. I also ordered a side of Bone Marrow Butter, side of Blue Butter, and a side of Bearnaise. Absolutely amazing atmosphere & vibe, our server was magnificent too! Great experience!

Wow is all I can say. This place is nothing short of spectacular! After every dish they brought out I couldn't help but say this is the best I've ever had! The atmosphere is so nice lighting is perfect. The service was absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and nice. Rahul, thank you for an amazing experience and for all the amazing recommendations. Top notch sir, 5 stars!
