Cardero's has one of the best settings in Vancouver, the mountain and inlet views are unbeatable. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between casual and upscale, perfect for a relaxed but refined evening out. The Beet & Burrata ($22.50) was outstanding it has perfectly balanced flavors, (5 stars). The Signature Wok Squid ($19) was crisp, garlicky, and just spicy enough, (4 stars). The Crab Crusted Lingcod ($39) and Bone-In Rib Steak ($59) were both underwhelming: the fish lacked flavor, and the steak came too rare despite being ordered medium (3 stars each). Service from Nick was excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional. The only real downside was the outdoor heaters, which were blasting the whole time and made things uncomfortably hot. Great views, solid service, and some strong dishes, but a few misses kept it from being perfect. 4 stars. Had lunch on their heated patio. Beautiful views and even better food! We started with the mussels, butter shrimp, and calamari, and all were excellent. The sizzling shrimp was packed with flavour, and the crispy calamari with sautéed onions was so good we had to order it twice! The coconut mussels were decent but could’ve used a bit more flavour. For mains, the signature cedar plank BC salmon and the mushroom tagliatelle were both absolutely delicious. To finish, the brownie pecan dessert with vanilla bean gelato was divine. I would’ve ordered a second one if I had any room left! Great views, great service, and food worth coming back for. Highly recommend! Had lunch on their heated patio. Beautiful views and even better food! We started with the mussels, butter shrimp, and calamari, and all were excellent. The sizzling shrimp was packed with flavour, and the crispy calamari with sautéed onions was so good we had to order it twice! The coconut mussels were decent but could’ve used a bit more flavour. For mains, the signature cedar plank BC salmon and the mushroom tagliatelle were both absolutely delicious. To finish, the brownie pecan dessert with vanilla bean gelato was divine. I would’ve ordered a second one if I had any room left! Great views, great service, and food worth coming back for. Highly recommend!

The best restaurant if you want a nice view and best service as well ! WOK SQUID is Phenomenal ! A MUST TRY! We also got a warm brownie. I love how it’s open kitchen and we can see kitchen staff working so hard and being so passionate about they’re craft. What an amazing experience ! I will definitely come back soon!

Everything is 10/10 from the atmosphere, food, and service. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night or a fancy dinner with friends. I love the drinks, appetizers and all the main course that me and my friends ordered were tasty and flavorful. There is a live band at night and I would love to try dining in their patio sitting next time. The view of the harbor and the mountains are unbeatable.

Beautiful views and great food! We were happy to enjoy deck seating. We enjoyed the plank salmon and the Thai chili prawns and couldn't resist finishing with the ice cream lemon curd dessert... yummm!Ashley's attention, care and courtesy were excellent. We were visiting BC and she helped make it a really memorable dinner.
