Absolutely a great experience! Was my wife’s 60th birthday, wanted to take her to a special place, Elisa did not disappoint. Friendly, attentive service, nice ambience and a great atmosphere. My wife ordered the lobster dinner and loved it. I ordered the prime rib, absolutely the best prime rib I’ve ever had - great flavour and very tender. We finished off her birthday dinner with the Baked Alaska…unbelievable, what a great way to finish off a wonderful evening. Thank you all for a wonderful evening.

Service from our waiter and the atmosphere are both great. Only the appetizers had the wow effect. The steaks themselves were very very very very disappointing and overly priced. Elisa has great reviews when I googled, and I thought the steaks were going to taste unforgettably amazing, but it was unforgettably regretful. There were nothing special about the steaks we ordered. Just very dry for a medium rare. Not very flavorful. Our waitress was really amazing, but still the steaks didn't pull their weight. We paid about 600+ feeling like we could have the same steak quality for 200 elsewhere. Would never recommend this place for the steak experience, but if you want great, elegant, high-end vibes, then YES!

I ordered the True North Rib-Eye steak which was processed through wood-fire grill. I asked for medium rare and it came out heavenly as I expected. It was so smokey, tender, and juicy. All the herbs absorbed very well and crushed into my mouth. I have to say that this was the best steak I have ever tasted so far. As an appetizer, I ordered their crab spring roll. I had real crab meats as fillings, and they were so sweet snd tasty. The atmosphere was fancy and elegant. The service was excellent. Very memorable moment I had.

It was our first time at Elisa, and we came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I ordered the half of the Whole Roasted Chicken and my husband had the Blue Dot Beef, Prince Edward Island Striploin (10oz) both were cooked to perfection. For sides, we had the Hashbrowns (recommended by our server), Brussels Sprouts, and a Caesar Salad every dish was incredible. Our server Dave or David (sorry) he was friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening feel special. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews about the service. Maybe a lot has changed since then because ours was beyond excellent. The food and ambiance were incredible, and server surprised us with a complimentary dessert at the end. Overall, the experience was five stars we’ll definitely be back!

Hands down to number 1 service in Vancouver. I tried so many fancy restaurants to celebrate with my husband each year and this is one of the best one ever. They gave us free wine and dessert. Our server Winney ( or Witney sorry ) did great job and I had a good night. Food overall very good. Steak so so so good loved it. We will come back.
