My dining experience at Flames was excellent. The price and taste of the food were reasonable, but what truly made it special was the attentive service. Not only the restaurant staff, but everyone from the doorman to the cleaning staff was ready to help, friendly, and genuinely caring. Along with the amazing view, everything was absolutely worth it 🤍 An absolute 5 star dining experience! Had my fiancé's birthday dinner at Flames in the Four Seasons Westcliff. An absolutely unparalleled dining experience. From the service, to the ambiance, to the food. Absolutely amazing and definitely a cut above the rest. I HIGHLY recommend! - Focaccia bread and a savoury muffin with butter and balsamic vinegar for the table - Deep fried Patagonian squid with a black garlic dip - Fried eggplant Baba Ghanoush with crispy chick peas, salsa verde, red pepper romesco, herb salad and green oil. - Chalmar beef fillet with pomme purée, chargrilled vegetables and green peppercorn sauce - Tonka bean basque cheesecake with blueberry compote and candied orange - Belgian chocolate and hazelnut bar with vanilla bean frozen yogurt - Complimentary cake ❤️ To all GP residents and anyone visiting JHB, if you haven't been to @flamesjohannesburg , this is your sign. We celebrated my little brother’s birthday at Flames, and it was perfect! The view was spectacular and the food was absolutely worth it , delicious and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend for a memorable evening. (Pardon the photo quality, we were too hungry to clean the lens before digging in!)

Beautiful, with beautiful views. Will definitely go again to sit outside on a sunny day and at night for the joburg skyline. The hostess was super wonderful so was our waitress for the day.

We both had different cuts of steak. Best we’ve had in a while. Views was spectacular but it was cold so we choose to be close to the heater instead. Loved that they supplied blankets. This was highly appreciated. Would definitely go again during the day to experience high tea.
